Fees

1. According to the law in force, our fees are paid only the day of the deed signature, closing definately the purchase or sale transaction. .

   They are calculated according to the fee here in after, according to the price:
   

   • Price from 0 to 100 000 € = 7%
   • Price from 101 000 to 300 000 € = 6%
   • price superior to 300 000 € = 5%
